CPQ that fits your Salesforce environment

Your business has its own model.
Your CPQ should fit.

Connect product configuration, pricing and quoting to the Salesforce objects your business relies on. PriceGen brings your commercial process together around configurable mappings—not a one-size-fits-all template.

The business advantage

Keep the context behind every quote.

Your Salesforce environment already reflects how your business works: its customers, products, agreements and commercial relationships. When quoting sits outside that context, teams have to reconnect the information themselves. PriceGen is designed to connect to standard or custom objects and fields, so your CPQ experience can follow the model that makes sense for your organisation.

A connected selling experience

Bring product selection, commercial context and quote preparation into a shared workspace. Help sales teams focus on the offer instead of moving between disconnected steps.

Configuration with business meaning

Map relevant objects and fields, choose data sources and shape the grids and actions your users need. Keep your commercial vocabulary visible in the experience.

Room for your specific workflows

Use Salesforce Flow and Apex extensions where a business-specific process needs to go further. Define that scope as part of the implementation.

How PriceGen supports the process

Shape the experience around the way you sell.

Connect the business outcome to the configuration behind it.

Object and field mappings
Define the relationship between your Salesforce records and the information used by PriceGen. Review the records, fields and access rules involved before rollout.
Sources and selections
Configure the product and contextual sources that guide selection. Bring the relevant business information into the quoting journey.
Workspace and actions
Configure grids, available actions and pricing logic to support your commercial process, from quote preparation to subsequent contract workflows.
Controlled administration
Give authorised administrators dedicated tools to simulate, prepare and publish configuration changes, with version management.

Illustrative scenario · not a customer case study

A service offer, with its business context intact.

Imagine a service provider whose Salesforce setup uses custom records to describe customer agreements and service options. The goal is to prepare a quote using that context, rather than re-entering it in a separate pricing tool. A PriceGen demonstration can explore the required mappings, the selection experience and the relevant commercial rules together.

Before your demonstration

Your questions,
answered.

Discuss the scenario that matters to your business.

Do we have to replace our Salesforce objects?

PriceGen supports configurable mappings to standard or custom Salesforce objects. We review your existing setup to determine how the quoting process should connect to it.

Who maintains the configuration?

Authorised administrators manage mappings, sources, layouts, actions and pricing rules through dedicated administration tools. Business-specific extensions can involve Flow or Apex.

Does configuration bypass Salesforce permissions?

No. Business data access follows Salesforce object, field and record permissions. Configuration and user access need to be considered together during implementation.
